Arranged Delivery (Large Package Delivery)
Your Arranged Delivery will be delivered to the location selected at checkout. Date and delivery window will be arrange between you and the carrier prior to the delivery. The Carrier will attempt to call the phone number on the account at time of purchase. Once contacted, both parties will arrange a date and time to deliver the order. On occasion if the carrier can not get a hold of the buyer due to missing voicemail, missing voicemail name, incorrect number or any other situation that may arrise, the buyer can contact the carrier to arrange the delivery.
Also in most cases packages of this size and weight will not be carried up stairs. Some residences (apartments) or office buildings may have designated areas for package delivery due to insurance or special permission is needed. Please contact your facility managerment if this is the case.
